a few of my favorite things

 

It’s been over a month since my epic closet purge. Since weeding out and paring down, I’m beginning to appreciate the value of everyday basics. My favorite pieces are getting more mileage than ever, and I’m cozying up to the idea of a practical daily uniform.

My new style is alarmingly casual for a girl who once lived in dresses and high heels, but comfort is my new M.O.

    I have found that the older I get, and being a mother of a little ball of energy,I prefer to simplify my wardrobe from heels and dresses down to polished comfy.You seem to be doing a great job of this!

      It is surprisingly roomy! I can fit my wallet, iPad and small makeup bag in there. It’s a great everyday bag.
