My Nan’s memorial service was this morning. It was a beautiful celebration of her legacy of love, genuine kindness, giving, and a real love for life.

My Aunt Cindy is a faithful reader of my blog, and she asked if I stayed in my bootcamp rules for the service, and I did. See, you never know when someone may catch you if you cheat ;) I had on different shoes for the service, and came home and swapped them out {lace-up wedges just didn’t seem quite appropriate}.

For all of my family that’s reading this, I love you all so much and couldn’t have made it through the last week without your love and support. Hugs and kisses.

  • >Right back atcha on the couldn't have made it through the past few weeks without the love and support of the family, Kiddo! As far as cheating on the boot camp, my lips would have been zipped and no one would have heard the word "cheater" from me. But you put together a lovely outfit out of your 30s! You go, girl!Thank you once again for the beautiful, moving tribute to Nan. I know for certain she loves it! Hope to see the two of you Sunday, if not Sunday – soon. It had been way too long since we all spent time together. Love you both – AC
