Today was pretty crappy weather-wise. If I was the deep philosophical type, I’d wax poetic about the way the pattern of my top mirrored the dark clouds that hovered in the heavens all afternoon, but I’m not. So I won’t. The fact that my shirt looks kind of stormy is purely a coincidence.
The weather was the only thing that was less-than-favorable. {No sad ditties about rainy days and Mondays around here today, no disrespect to the Carpenters.} We had a great day at the shop, and now I’m heading out for a Monday night dinner date with my boss. He’s such a cutie, and I know inter-office relationships can get messy, but I just can’t resist ;-)
Oh, before I go… Like my clutch? I made it, and you can have it. Seriously! Just visit this post to enter. And if you don’t win, you can make your own — it’s easy-peasy.
Wearing: INC chiffon ruffled top (2009), Express velvet blazer (2006), INC gray denim skinnies (Macy’s clearance, $17), Target boots (2009), DIY studded clutch

  1. >Is it weird that I feel inspired by the bricks you're standing on?I should also say that I love your dreary day poses. If you hadn't said anything about the weather I would have thought it was bright and cheery out.

  5. >The proper files were still web web. I thought it was strange, and even after changing the group as your instructions said, there was no change in how this displayed in both putty and filezilla. However, I tested uploading to my blog and it worked like a charm! I am not sure what is going on with the group thing, but somehow it must have worked. I’m curious as to what the deal is with that. In any case, Thank you so much!
