I’m testing a theory of whether dressing relaxed and comfy will manifest relaxation and comfort in my life. Thus far, results are inconclusive, as I can’t confirm whether relaxation is induced by my outfits or the generously-poured glasses of cabernet sauvignon I’ve been helping myself to every afternoon when I get home {for cardiovascular health, of course}.

I agree with chill air and perfume, you can’t go wrong with a white button down shirt and jeans. It’s a classic look that will never go out of style.

I’ve been looking for a great linen/chiffon/nylon/sheerish white button tab blouse. Any suggestions? Love the outfit!

Nothing better than a white shirt and denim for a laid back outfit, just add a super cool necklace and there you have it! Enjoy your cardio!

I do the same thing at work! I wear lipstick and a pencil skirt if I really need to get crap done. Let me know if the relaxing approach works! And lovin’ your new side bar pics girlie. So cute. So you.
