I’m sure when Anne Klein designed this blouse two or three decades ago, she knew that in late 2011 a young and thrifty style blogger would pluck it from the racks of her local thrift store, just months before Tangerine Tango was announced as the official color of 2012. And that it would be the perfect pop of bright, happy color for the second day of #StyleMeMay. Well played, Ms. Klein.
