put a scarf on it.

My hair has taken on a life of its own in the last several weeks. It feels like I woke up one morning and it grew five inches. After a quick count on my fingers, I realized it’s been more than six months since I had a trim; but I swear it feels like I was just sitting in that chair a few weeks ago.

It’s been all side-braids and top knots around here until I can get this mane of mine under control. My newest trick: tie a scarf on it, Serena Van der Woodsen style. {All those downtime hours spent on Gossip Girl Netflix marathons weren’t wasted after all}. Long rectangle silk scarves seem to work best.

Before I bid you adieu for the week, may I remind you of a little 100-winner jewelry giveaway that’s ending soon? Enter here!

Have a lovely weekend!

  1. You make this look so cute! With my short hair I would look like a complete dummy or as if I was wearing a bandage on my head! Adorable on you!!!

  2. Wow your hair! Wish I could rock a scarf with those thick and incredible waves. Cute pattern mixing too :)
