It’s been over a month since my epic closet purge. Since weeding out and paring down, I’m beginning to appreciate the value of everyday basics. My favorite pieces are getting more mileage than ever, and I’m cozying up to the idea of a practical daily uniform.

My new style is alarmingly casual for a girl who once lived in dresses and high heels, but comfort is my new M.O.

Philip Lim for Target crossbody // TKEES Foundations flip flops // Alex & Ani “Love” bracelet // v-neck tee // chambray boyfriend shirt // Nixon Kensington watch // American Eagle skinnies // Michael Antonio Massey ankle boots

I'm a small town girl from the sunshine state with an affinity for DIY projects, bookstores, and iced tea. I spend my days running my flower shop, and my nights blogging about what I love and what I wear. (Or watching Netflix and drinking wine.)

  3. Love all of these things – comfort is my main priority these days as well but I find dresses to be up there on the comfort list.

  4. When you’ve got great basics like these, everything else falls into place. And I’m loving the Philip Lim x Target bag – SO wish this collab was available in Australia!
