See Ya In Mid-May!

We’re overdue for a catch-up, friends! Since my last post, I’ve sat down with my Macbook on a handful of nights and blankly stared at my WordPress dashboard for a good 15 minutes before shutting it down to veg out with YouTube beauty videos and old episodes of The Office. I have a big list of post ideas, but can’t seem to wrangle the energy to churn ’em out. We’ll get there! The flower shop is busier than ever, and we’re counting our blessings daily that the relocation has been such a success. When I’m not designing at the shop during business hours, I’m on the hunt for new retail lines for our gift boutique, emailing brides, prepping for the upcoming holiday week, working on our branding and social media, managing the flower inventory, drinking my weight in iced tea, and begging Doak to do the laundry. Mother’s Day is next weekend — put it in your calendar so you don’t forget! — so I’m going to go ahead and call it: I won’t be back here until at least the middle of …

    Making : snapchat stories with behind-the-scenes peeks at the flower shop, my favorite style and beauty stuff, and lots of Doak updates. ;)  Username: keiralennox Drinking : bucketfuls of iced tea in my Corkcicle tumbler. It keeps ice frozen for 9+ hours, and I don’t go anywhere without it lately. Watching : a lot of YouTube beauty vlogs. I love to pour a glass of wine at night and watch makeup and skincare tutorials and reviews.
